Joan recently joined the Real Estate Team at C.J. Pagano & Sons, Inc. as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. After working with the public for over 30 years Joan is looking forward to meeting new clients and new friends as she services the residential and commercial real estate markets in the Eastchester, Bronxville, Crestwood and greater Yonkers areas.

Her considerable talents were developed out of her experience in the complicated medical management field where her constant interaction among medical providers and the general public has made her well suited as an intuitive problem solver. Mr. Payán, who is a Port Chester native, brings over 8 years marketing research, media & advertising, and customer service experience to the real estate industry and will be responsible for the sales and marketing of residential and commercial real estate in Westchester and Fairfield counties. Payán, is a graduate of Pace University where he earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree and is an alumni member of Alpha Beta Gamma. He resides on Summit Avenue, Port Chester, NY.
