| Following his discharge from the service in January 1965, Neil secured his Real Estate Salesman’s License and joined C .J. Pagano & Sons, which at that time had its offices at 153 Westchester Avenue in Port Chester. He then attended and was graduated from Westchester Community College in Valhalla, NY. and then enrolled in and obtained his BBA degree from the College of Insurance in New York City where he majored in Insurance and minored in Finance.
Over the 42 years that Neil has been involved in the real estate and insurance industries, he has brought a depth of knowledge, commitment to customer service and has set a level of ethical standards in his business dealings that others aspire to.
As a licensed Real Estate and Insurance Broker as well as a licensed NY State Appraiser, Neil continues to be very active in the fields that he knows so well. His knowledge of commercial, industrial and investment real estate, property valuation, and property and casualty insurance all accrue to the benefit of the client base he and his associates represent.
Today, Neil continues to operate C.J. Pagano & Sons, Inc as its President having recently moved into its new offices at 420 Westchester Avenue, Port Chester, NY.
For over three-quarters of a century, C.J. Pagano & Sons has built a reputation of providing professional service to the southern Westchester and Fairfield County market areas. Neil has been a part of the progress for over four decades carrying on and building on that tradition.

| Having received her BBA from Pace University and then graduating Summa Cum Laude from Lehman College in the Bronx, NY where she received her Master of Science degree in Business Education, Rosemary was introduced to real estate in 1993 when she successfully completed her real estate salesperson’s coursework and then challenged and passed the NY State licensing exam. Partnering with her sister Maryann Fatterusso – who is also a licensed real estate salesperson - they have made a successful sales team that allows them to efficiently cover the entire Westchester County market area. Helping her maintain her edge in the real estate field, Rosemary’s real estate education was extended even farther when she received the coveted designation as a GRI (Graduate Realtor’s Institute). Coming from an extensive background working for the County of Westchester on the management end of its Human Resource Department as well as being an adjunct professor in the Office Technology Department of Westchester Community College, have given Rosemary the in-depth people skills that assist her in navigating the highly competitive field of real estate. Rosemary is involved in both the commercial and residential sides of real estate and has a special aptitude for the investment end of the business. Rosemary is married to Neil Pagano, the President of C.J. Pagano & Sons. They live in Port Chester. |

| A lifelong resident of the Town of Rye, Paula has a strong history of helping people. She’s been associated with C.J. Pagano & Sons as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for over 6 years but prior to that worked in health care field.
Paula’s propensity for the need to help people was most evident while she worked in the Emergency Room at the former St. Agnes Hospital in White Plains and as a volunteer member of the Port Chester Rye-Brook Volunteer Ambulance Corp. Those assignments helped her build a strong foundation in developing people skills under very stressful situations. It taught her how to act calmly under pressure while interacting with people needing immediate care. Her intuitive type personality enables her to anticipate problem areas in advance and therefore prepares her to handle pressure and conflict with a calm easy way and with a result-oriented attitude. Easy to turn a smile, Paula believes that the customer/client always comes first and equal service must unquestionably set the tone for all transactions. Her strong sense of responsibility extends to her customer and client base and her real estate success is owed to her knowledge of the Industry as well as the fact that her marketing efforts extend beyond the local Town of Rye borders. “I have traveled as far as an hour away into Connecticut to secure a closing because I believe that there is a responsibility to show customers what they want to see, no matter how far away”. She's responsible for marketing residential and commercial real estate.
An active volunteer member and participant of any number of community affairs such MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), the New York Disaster System and Toys for Tots to mention a few, Paula keeps her hand on the pulse of the community in which she lives and serves. She is married and has two children.
