| Following his discharge from the service in January 1965, Neil secured his Real Estate Salesman’s License and joined C .J. Pagano & Sons, which at that time had its offices at 153 Westchester Avenue in Port Chester. He then attended and was graduated from Westchester Community College in Valhalla, NY. and then enrolled in and obtained his BBA degree from the College of Insurance in New York City where he majored in Insurance and minored in Finance.
Over the 46 years that Neil has been involved in the real estate and insurance industries, he has brought a depth of knowledge, commitment to customer service and has set a level of ethical standards in his business dealings that others aspire to.
As a licensed Real Estate and Insurance Broker and a licensed NY State Real Estate Appraiser, Neil continues to be very active in the fields that he knows so well. His knowledge of commercial, industrial and investment real estate, property valuation, and property and casualty insurance all accrue to the benefit of the client base he and his associates represent.
As Chairman of the Village of Port Chester Industrial Development Agency and member of the Port Chester Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC), community involvement also reflects his committment to the market are that he calls home.
Today, Neil continues to operate C.J. Pagano & Sons, Inc as its President having recently moved into its new offices at 420 Westchester Avenue, Port Chester, NY.
For over three-quarters of a century, C.J. Pagano & Sons has built a reputation of providing professional service to the southern Westchester and Fairfield County market areas. Neil has been a part of the progress for over four-and-a-half decades carrying on and building on that tradition.

| Having received her BBA from Pace University and then graduating Summa Cum Laude from Lehman College in the Bronx, NY where she received her Master of Science degree in Business Education, Rosemary was introduced to real estate in 1993 when she successfully completed her real estate salesperson’s coursework and then challenged and passed the NY State licensing exam. Partnering with her sister Maryann Fatterusso – who is also a licensed real estate salesperson - they have made a successful sales team that allows them to efficiently cover the entire Westchester County market area. Helping her maintain her edge in the real estate field, Rosemary’s real estate education was extended even farther when she received the coveted designation as a GRI (Graduate Realtor’s Institute). Coming from an extensive background working for the County of Westchester on the management end of its Human Resource Department as well as being an adjunct professor in the Office Technology Department of Westchester Community College, have given Rosemary the in-depth people skills that assist her in navigating the highly competitive field of real estate. Rosemary is involved in both the commercial and residential sides of real estate and has a special aptitude for the investment end of the business. Rosemary is married to Neil Pagano, the President of C.J. Pagano & Sons. They live in Port Chester. |

| In August 2011, C.J. Pagano & Sons, Inc. was pleased to have Ms. Shyley Cifuentes join the Company, succeeding the recently retired Annette Agresto, as front office Receptionist.
Shyley, who was born in Guatemala, moved to Port Chester in 1997 and, along with her brother and sister, attended and was graduated from Port Chester High School. Recognizing the importance of sharpening her English language skills, Shyley also attended ESL Classes for adults three nights a week along with her father. She continued her education and was enrolled as a student at SER Westchester Institute where she became even more proficient in reading and writing English while at the same time developing her computer skills. She then enrolled and was finally graduated with a AAS Degree in Tourism and Hospitality degree from Westchester Community College.
In 2002 she became a Citizen of the United States.
Shyley’s experience in the business world included Kohl’s Department Store as a Cashier and Sales Associate, Office Assistant in the After School Program at Edison School and Westchester County Airport for Ground Handling Inc., as a ticket agent servicing airlines and airline passengers, both on the tarmac and behind the Delta, United and American Airline ticket counters. She was soon promoted to the position as Customer Service Supervisor.
After nearly 10 years in the customer service field, she and C.J. Pagano & Sons discovered each other and Shyley joined the firm as the “new sheriff of the front office”.
Since joining the Company Shyley has already begun her parallel introduction into the Insurance, Real Estate and Management departments of the firm.
Shyley fills a critically important role in the front office and on the office switchboard bringing her bi-lingual skills to bear on a daily basis. Equally important is her eagerness and willingness to expand her knowledge in the other Company departments.
Shyley and her family reside in Port Chester. We are indeed fortunate to have her with us.
